1. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Emi Authlux are 100% authentic.

Every piece in our collection is handpicked and inspected by our in-house specialists, then authenticated once more by a trusted third-party expert —ensuring every item comes with complete assurance and certification.

A Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) is included with every purchase (unless otherwise stated).

We stand behind every item we sell — in the rare event of a proven authentication error verified by a recognized third-party authenticator, we will offer a full refund after verification.

 2. Item Condition & Description

Unless explicitly described as brand new, all items are pre-owned and may show gentle signs of wear consistent with previous use.

All photos form part of the item description — please review them carefully and feel free to request additional close-up photos or videos before purchasing.

4. Shipping Policy

All orders from Emi Authlux to Canada and the U.S. are shipped via expedited or express service, which typically delivers within 1–4 business days.

Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days. If you have upcoming travel plans or an urgent timeline, kindly let us know before purchase, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We prefer to handle every shipment carefully rather than rush the process and risk delivery issues.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping within Canada and the U.S., and we also ship worldwide for an additional fee. Insurance is optional and at the buyer’s
expense.

If you wish to add extra insurance coverage, please mention this at the time of purchase, so we can include it in your shipping arrangement.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival.

Ensure that the serial code, date code, or microchip matches the
information provided in your listing.

Any discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

After this period, no claims or adjustments can be processed.
